The paint contains double components. Component A contains epoxy resin, superfine zinc powder, many accessory ingredients and blending solvents. Component B takes Poly carbon amine resin as curing agent.

Properties and application

The paint film has high hardness, strong adhesive force, impact resistance, good corrosion resistance and other features. With strong primer, it doesn’t need to get rid of paint film and takes machining, cutting, welding and other works. So, it is widely used in the surface treatment for all kinds of steel plates, structural steels and others.

Site matching before using. Brush or spraying coating.
Take surface treatment for the coated material before coating and recommend spraying sand method. De-rusting grade is grade Sa2.5. The steel surface after treatment has no rust, scale free, greasy dirt and impurity. The treated surfaces should be coated in 8 hours.
Mix up component A and B respectively before coating and mix component A and B evenly by ratio 100:9 (weight ratio). After curing 20 minutes, take coating and use up in 4-6hours for mixed paints.
If the paint viscosity is too big, it is not suitable for the construction, and can use the paint diluents to dilute. The diluent amount doesn’t generally exceed 10% of total amounts.
Construction temperature should be above 10℃. The paint is hard for curing below it.
Theoretical amount is about 130g/m2
Every paint thickness is 35*50 micrometer (calculated by dry film)
Coating interval is 12-24 hours

storage and transportation
Valid period is one year. Transportation should follow the relevant regulation from transportation department.
