New cement floor should be smooth, stable. Curing in 30 more days and moisture content is below 8%; clear the impurities; polishing skid parts.
Old cement floor should be smooth, stable and no sand. The top and bottom difference is below 1-2mm. clear the impurities, grease and rubdown protrusion.

Skid floor must become rude and be coated by primers.

After construction site treatment reaches the above requirements, the primer will mixed with main paint and curing agent by the ratio to completely stir. Take roller coating in 30 minutes; the requirements of roller coating is thin and uniform; show the luster after coating, or will be recoated.

Interlayer construction:
mix intermediate paint and curing agent and stir evenly, and add suitable silica sand to make them uniform and take surface filling. Take full sanding and clear by vacuum if the filling place is too skid.

Finishing coat construction
Stir the main agent evenly, and add curing agent into the main agent in the bucket to stir evenly. Pour them on the ground and construct according to technology specification.

Anti-skid treatment
During the construction of finishing coat, and throw stone sand evenly on the finishing coat; use the vacuum to treat the residual sand after curing, and clean it to recoat finishing coat.

Concrete ground surface treatment
Cleanness condition of concrete surface and basic condition are the key factors affecting terrace adhesive force and service life. So, surface treatment and cleanness should be stressed. The follows are the problems which must be treated before ground coating:

New concrete contains much moisture. Wet concrete must have long time for curing before coating to reduce moisture content.

Old concrete is contaminated by grease, acid, alkali and other chemical materials. Some of ground surface are coated to show old paint film; some of them are broken to fix.

Other methods can be taken, such as machine abrasive blasting


2. Suitable for surface treatment of new concrete ground to get rid of grease, dirt and old paint film.
3. Grinding and digging.
This method is mainly used for the surface with heavy oil contamination; after treatment, patching materials are fixed to the surface.
4. Machine polishing
can get rid of floating liquid and loosen substance on the concrete. Use recoating treatment of ole paint film; adopt power-driven grinding wheel to grind roughness on old paint film.
5. Wire brush polishing
adopt manual or motor wire brush to polish and get rid of loosen substances on the concrete.
6. Impact tools:
adopt staple gun or other impact tool to made concrete surface rough.
